WELCOME TO LINKTOWN PLAYGROUP AND NURSERY

Here at Linktown we cater for children from 2.5 years until primary school age. Our focus is to create an inspiring environment that children love. We are committed to providing you and your child with the most enjoyable, educational, rewarding and valuable experience possible. We are dedicated to safeguarding children with a commitment and responsibility for all the children in our care.

We provide children with pre-school experiences such as art, craft and construction activities, sand and water play, adventure play, music and movement, books and stories, just to name a few, as well as the opportunity to socialize with other children. We provide a stable, secure and relaxed environment where parents and carers feel confident to leave their children. Our reading area has been adapted to offer a sensory area where the children can relax if they are feeling anxious.

Linktown is classified in the same status as all other local authority nurseries, as an “Early Learning and Childcare Centre (ELCC)”. As many of you will be aware, your child will qualify for local government funding in the term after their 3rd birthday, just as they would in a local school nursery. Linktown works in partnership with Fife Council, meaning we are ‘partner providers’ and are allocated funding per nursery-aged child. This means your child can still attend Linktown on a funded basis should you wish to stay on for their nursery years.
We are situated in Linktown Church on Nicol St, and runs from 9.15am to 12.25pm Monday - Friday. 

Children can start from 2yrs 6mths (but can be added to the waiting list before this)
