Fun for all the family!
Music, goody bags, raffle, spooky games, fancy dress and all the rest.
Anything could happen, its going to be a spooktacular affair!
£5 per child. Tickets available from the Playgroup staff.

As a non-profit organisation, we rely on your support to help us keep going. Why not support us in style by purchasing some of our lovely, high quality branded t-shirts! At £8.50 each, or £15 for two, they are an affordable and comfortable way to protect your child's normal clothes from any messes that come with their exploring minds!
Drop us a message, or speak to a member of staff at drop off if you are interested in purchasing. Numbers are limited, so get them while they last!
FOREST KINDERGARTEN

Forest Kindergarten proved so popular with the children we now go every week!
This is a great opportunity for the children to explore the outdoors and learn new things.
The playgroup also has their own planting box at The Kaleyard, a community garden based in the Beveridge Park, where we can discover all the joys of Spring.

If you have been thinking about popping along to have a look but haven't quite managed it this is the perfect time to get in touch.
We operate on a waiting list system, so even if they aren't quite 2.5years yet it's always good to get their names down.
We are also a partner provider nursery and offer funded places for children the first term after their 3rd birthday. No catchment zone restrictions.

RELIEF PLAYWORKERS NEEDED –
VARIOUS HOURS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED
We require an enthusiastic person to join our team at Linktown Playgroup as a Playworker.
The successful candidates will join a team of Early Years Officers who pride themselves in understanding children's individual needs appropriate to the age and levels of their development.
At Linktown Playgroup, we deliver a broad and balanced curriculum, following the Curriculum for Excellence, to children 2.5 to 5 years. Our Early Years Officers create a relaxed and secure environment for our children and use a wide range of observation strategies to identify and plan each child’s early learning.
Essential skills required:
Good communication skills are essential
The ability to work as part of a team
2 National 4's, or 2 Standard Grades General,or 2 O Grades or equivalent(SCQF Level 4 or above)
Experience desirable, but full support will be given to newly qualified candidates.
PVG Scheme Membership through Disclosure Scotland, as well as registration with the SSSC is essential
